Me – Off to Mars?

If I Went to Mars today,
Trip I’d take Would be One Way.
Change of Pace is What you Want,
A Civilian Astronaut?

Blast off into Outer Space,
With more Crazies giving Chase.
Rushing off to Pitch a Tent,
Radical to Just save Rent.

Who Am I to Disapprove,
Those who Up and Want to Move.
Perhaps Smarter than I Thought,
This is Why they Seek the Slot?

They Won’t have to Deal with Smog,
Screaming kids or Yapping dog,
Mowing lawns or Shopping malls,
Culling out those Robocalls.

As I Weigh the Pros and Cons,
Clearer Picture For me Dawns.
Might Sign up and Take a Whack,
When have Plans to get me Back.
